I don't know where it is, but Alex Polikowsky found it on facebook, and it said "with Raul Méndez" so I don't know if he's the "driver," owner, photographer, poster, or maybe more than one.
If anyone knows more about who, when and where, please leave a note! (The "WHY" is obvious!)
